What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept payment by credit card,PayPal or Ath Movil.
- ATH MOVIL PAYMENT - If you pay ATH Movil After placing your order, enter the Ath Movil app and select the "Pay a Business" option and send your payment to CeciVictoria.
If your payment is not received within an hour of purchase, the order will be canceled. Thank you.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If there is any delays we will notify you.
- Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day. All orders placed on a Friday after 12 pm will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays. No pickups on weekends.
- You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date.
- Shipping order within Puerto Rico usually arrived within 1-2 business day.

Keep in mind that "Shipping time" is in addition to standard processing time. Shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed.

We only offer Standard and Priority Mail through USPS.
Where do you ship from?
- We are located in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, a United States Territory, and ship all orders from San Juan via USPS (United State Postal Service).
Which carrier do you use to ship my order?
- We currently ship within the USA using USPS. We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier.
- Once your package is with USPS we have no control of the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping (3-8 business days) for all domestic orders (USA & Puerto Rico) of $100 and higher.
How do I receive a discount code?
- Super Easy! Sign up for our newsletter! We won't spam you!.

What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email within 3 days upon receipt of your order and we will get it all sorted out!
How long do I have to return my purchase? - CLOSING STORE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

You have 7 days to send back all unused and unopened regular priced items. Please note that sale items, custom products, party boxes, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The tracking on my order says it was delivered, but I never received it - what can I do?
Once the package has left our warehouse, it's more effective to contact USPS directly. Make sure to have your tracking information so they can help you track your package.
Sometimes packages are lost or stolen in transit. We can not be liable for packages once they have been delivered by USPS. We can not be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages.
When will I receive my package?
- Tracking numbers are emailed to you once we created your label. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link button in your confirmation email.
- Packages in the USA arrive usually within 5-10 business days with standard shipping.
- Packages in Puerto Rico arrive usually within 1-2 business day.
- We are not responsible for any delays due to weather or any other unforeseen accidents on behalf of USPS.
Do you offer pickup? - NO PICKUP AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
Pickup Policy -
- We offer local pick up at our Warehouse located in calle Dr. Ramos Mimoso Suite 200 in Guaynabo 1-2 days a week and by appointment. Please check our instagram stories for schedule updates or contact us via email (shopcecivictoria@gmail.com).
- There is NO HANDLING FEE for picked up orders.
- Orders must be picked up within a 15 day period. If they are not picked up after 15 days, we will return the order to inventory. You will receive a refund for your order minus a 25% restocking fee.
