These balloons are pre-filled with confetti - just inflate and enjoy! Each box contains 6 clear 11 inch balloons pre-filled with confetti. We use the highest quality latex balloons and our own custom confetti blend, both made in the USA and lovingly assembled in our Brooklyn studio.

*Tip: Use regular air to get the confetti to stick to the sides of the balloon (as shown) or use helium to let it pool at the bottom and move with the balloon. Looks cute both ways!
