Magical City of Petra in Jordan

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to travel all over the Middle East and I love it. I feel just at home in the Arab World. One of my favorite destinations is the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.  It is one of those places that you have to see in your lifetime. It is amazing! I have the best time, with friendly people, delicious food, and incredible views.  My favorite place in Jordan is the ancient Rose city of Petra.  Here's a glimpse of my visit to this magical place.

Tips
Need great walking shoes if you would like to visit the Monastery.  
Have plenty of water.
A safe place for a solo traveler.
