A classic three bean salad recipe that is simple, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings:
Ingredients:
  • 1 can of green beans, black beans, and chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • A pinch of honey 
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh oregano 
  • Fresh parsley 
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed green beans, wax beans, and kidney beans.

Add the chopped red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the beans. Mix everything together gently.  Serve chilled as a side dish or as a light, refreshing salad on its own.
